of the author is forbidden and a violation of Finnish and European copyright laws.
By downloading this scenery you accept the following conditions
End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”)
The Developer (Creator of the add-on) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use this Flight Simulator scenery solely for your personal, noncommercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Contact the Developer for commercial or educational usage licensing.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Scenery or any part of it or make the Scenery or any part of it available to any third party.
b) Any use of this scenery for commercial flight training is prohibited.
c) Any use of this scenery in military training of any kind is prohibited.
Modifications to Software
The Developer reserves the full right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the software or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. You are not allowed to modify and re-distribute the software or any parts of it.
Terms and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. The Developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from the Developer, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the scenery and all copies thereof from your computer.
Limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" and in no event shall the Developer be liable to you or any part related to you for any indirect, incidental consequential, special exemplary, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data or other such pecuniary loss), whether under a theory of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), products liability, or otherwise, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Amendments to this Agreement Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
