The Alavus airfield is a South-Ostrobothnian field in Finland concentrating on skydiving activities, with an average of 5000 jumps per year. The field is situated some three kilometres south of the town Alavus and one km west of the southern tip of lake Kirkkojärvi. The field is used by aviators, aeromodellers, and Alavuden Ilmailukerho, the Alavus Flying Club. There is a club house, a packing hall and a hangar on the airfield as well as a couple of lodging huts and a sauna. The hangar has room for four aircraft. The parking area is adequate for 4 to 5 light aircraft or 2 to 3 motor gliders. There is also a fueling station maintained by the club which provides JET-A1 aircraft fuel. The club lodge is new and well equipped and has room even for large groups of skydivers and there is ample lodging capacity available.
This scenery adds photoreal buildings and objects and lots of other improvements. The scenery is intended for MSFS 2020 and works well also in MSFS 2024.
